change am-pm to 24 hour time in Outlook

I work in Europe and have English Outlook. I would like to use the 24 hour
format rather than AM/Pm.

Thank you for your help. Now how can I leave the keyboard in Germany to use
the International signs?

This setting would be changed in Windows -- Control Panel, Regional Settings.
