How do I change all caps to initial caps in a document as part of Microsoft
2003?

Select the text. Then use the Format > Change Case dialog, or press Shift+F3
one or more times to cycle through the permutations. (For some reason,
sentence case is only in the dialog, not on the shortcut key.)
