Change administrator in xp

I want to be the administrator of my pc. How to change
the computers name and to put my name and my password
like administrator o maneger.

Juan;
Log into any account with Administrator access.
Then go to User Accounts in Control Panel.
Select account
Click "Change account type"
You can also add/change passwords from this screen.
