Change active window problem.

Some how I managed to change the settings for switching active windows.
Now all that is needed is to move the mouse pointer to a inactive window and
it moves forward and becomes active.
I want to return to the method that you move the cursor to the inactive
window and click and it becomes active.
Problem is I can't remember what setting I changed.
Would someone please explain how I can implement this correct?

Most often done by implementing the XMOUSE function in Tweakui for XP. It
can also be done with a Registry entry.

It was the XMOUSE function. Changed it in Tweakui. Why do these things
happen when I don't take notes.
