I use WIN XP Professional, IE6, and BT Yahoo! When I am logged on and click
BTYahoo/My account I see
a panel with my name in it all in caps thus:FRED BLOGGS; how can I alter it
to upper and lower case thus
Fred Bloggs? Current use seems to have the effect that recipients of my
emails receive my name all in upper
case, which I don't like.

TIA

Stephen,

Firstly, are you aware that there are dedicated news groups for BTYahoo
subscribers such as bt.broadband.support?

If you want to change your e-mail account name, in Outlook Express click on
Tools > Accounts . Mail > select the account you wish to change and click
properties and change the name details to suit.

Thanks Brian
