change a full page into 2 identical half page

I have a full page presentations that I need to convert to 2 identical jumbo
postcards which equals half sheet each

Are you going to print these yourself or send them to a printing company?

Do you have a drawing or DTP program (Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, MS
Publisher, like that)?
