No! Then you would not have that machine as a Domain Controller anymore.
All you need to do is to change the IP Addresses. I would then run ipconfig
/flushdns, followed by net stop netlogon, followed by net start netlogon and
finally ipconfig /registerdns. Just make sure that the IP Addresses is
correct ( with respect to Sites and their associated Subnets ).
You may want to watch out in the DNS MMC, also, to make sure that everything
is changed correctly.
