Chanage default save folder

Is there a way to change the default folder that
downloaded files are saved in from "My Documents" to
something else?

What do you mean?

Do you mean when you go to save a file, it always opens
up to My Documents first, and then you have to browse to
where you want to save your file?

Yes, thats just what happens. I would like to save the
file in a different default folder without having to
browse for it
