CF SDK

I am using Visual Studio 2003, and have the following directory on my
system:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET
2003\CompactFrameworkSDK\v1.0.5000

Is that the latest SDK? If not, where do I download the latest CF SDK?

The latest version of the .NET CF is SP2. This link contains information

There is no such a thing as a CF SDK. The CF comes with Visual Studio.NET
2003. SP2 is a separate download, you can find it at the link I provided. It
only contains fixes, no new functionality. Unlike the desktop version, there
is no v1.1 for devices.
