Certificate Services terminated error 3355443750

Hi,

I can find no reference to this error: The Certificate Services service
terminated with service-specific error 3355443750.

I restored my server from a backup and manually copied over a copy of the
system files in the regback folder. This created a lot of errors but which
most of them I have been able to solve. However a few of them I can not and
I think the root cause might be the crtsvc.
