Certificate Services SP2

I have a site which has been running no problem with users of IE6
However users who now try to access it after installing XP SP2
cant. Page cannot be displayed.
Users of XP SP1 access it no problem.
The site (https) uses Certificate Services and new certificates
have been issued to these users. I have tried various options including
getting
them to disable the windows firewall.

Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Thanks but I've already had a look at this and tried the various options. No
joy.
I can get it to work with Mozilla so its definitly IE6.
