I had to reinstall XP. Now receiving error message that
I'm using an invalid COA when trying to run Office
Suite. Need help/solution. Thanks.

Have you tried running Detect and Repair from the Help
menu of an Office application? Like Word or Excel or
even through add remove programs. You'll need your
Office CD.
