Certain WEB pages

After a fresh install of WinXP Home I'm having
difficulties in accessing weather.com. It's almost like
this page is somehow locked out of the system. Works
fine on my laptop connected to the same cable
connection. Seems to be the only site I can't get
connected to. Frustrated.
 
Hi,

Do a search for a file called HOSTS on your machine, and open it in Notepad.
Delete the line(s) containing

127.0.0.1 weather.com

save the file and reboot Windows. Does that help?
