For no specific reason, certain emails like from Kohl's or even latest one
from Toshiba coming through as URL only:

when i go directly to my online email provider, coming through correctly as
ad?

what settings in outlook would have caused this to change. I have tried to
add email to junk email options: safe recipient, but still occurs. It did
stop doing it for Macy's and Kohl's that only received URL's only and not
actual ad. How can i stop this from happening so i don't have to do this to
each email?

Do you have SP1 applied to Outlook? If not, do so. Do you scan incoming
mail with an antivirus scanner? If so, uninstall your AV program and
reinstall it without any mail scanning. You'll still be safe.

Were I doing this, I'd completely uninstall AVG then reiinstall it doing a
custom install that allows you to choose the components you want,
deselecting the E-mail scanner.

You can also open the AVG control interface and disable the E-mail scanner,
but I'm not convinced that will always do the job. Some people find that
disabling the certification text that AVG inserts into messages after
scanning them is sufficient.
