Centinel VxD ???

Every 60 seconds or so I am getting a message saying
"Centinel VxD:APVXDWIN.EXE - Unable to locate component.

This application has failed to start because VCL50.BPL was
not found.Re-installing the application may fix this
problem."

I then click ok and can carry on browsing or whatever with
no problems.Can anyone tell me what I need to do ?

That file (APVXDWIN.EXE) is part of your Panda Antivirus software, you may
want to reinstall it to ensure it is working properly.
