centering pictures

B

Bruce

I have several pictures I am trying to center on different slides.
If I click on format/alignment it is all grayed out, even though the picture
is highlighted.
Am I doing something wrong?
thanks Bruce

Select the image. On the drawing toolbar located at the bottom of PowerPoint,
click Draw > Align or Distribute > Relative to Slide. (This will allow you to
align the image relative to the slide)

Now, click Draw > Align or Distribute > Align Center. Repeat again and go
for Align Middle this time round.

Bruce,
Format - Alignment is for text not for pictures. If you need to center
pictures, click on the draw button of the drawing toolbar, choose align and
distribute, drag the menu with the tear-off bar to your slide that way you
can take several actions without having to go to the menu each time.
