Cells To Right of Viewable Area (Need Overlay)

Is it possible to create a spreadsheet that might have lets say 20
cells. When you get to the right most cell that might only partially
be seen to have it then shown to you or to have additional cells to
the right of it pasted over the top of what your currently viewing.
Not sure if I am asking the correct ? based upon what I want to do.
