Cells and Charts not updating!

I have created a large spreadsheet (80Megs), The charts
and other cells just simply do not update when I make
changes. Is this due to the size of the spreadsheet?

Did you check the automatic recalculation? Tools | Options | Calculation
tab | Automatic or Manual Calculation.
