Cell transition

[FP Novice]

I have 'move selection after enter' set to none.

I have two cells that are editable on a lookup spreadsheet.

Even though it is set to no move on enter my cell still toggles between the
two when enter is pressed.

Does anybody know why, and how to stop it?

Oh, it may help to know it only moves on enter when the sheet is protected.
When not protected I stay in the cell when enter is pressed...
