Cell references not working

I have cells refering to other cells in my workbook. But somehow they are not
showing correct values. But if press F2 and then strike enter, the values get
updated. I checked if my formula calcuations were on Manual, but they are
not. I even tried F9, but it also doesnt work.
Now the problem is i dont know for how many of my cells is this problem
occuring? I have about 100 sheets in my workbook.

Try rebuilding Excel's dependency tree with CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+F9

Have you tried CTRL + Alt + F9

Try this sometimes quick fix.

Edit>Replace>Within....Workbook

With: =

Replace all.
