Cell Reference Weird Format

Hi There,

Somehow I managed to turn my cell references into a weid format... IE: R1C1
and then when I do a formula it is R[-1]C[-2]

Is there any way to turn it back to where the formula reads B3? Thanks!
 
tools --> options --> General tab

Uncheck the R1C1 reference style box
