Cell protection & Auto Filter

I have an auto filter in cell A1 and locked some cells that hav
formulas. I made column A unlocked, yet I stil can't filter. I the
selected rows 1-32, which is the filter and unlocked them, still unabl
to. Is it possible to filter while still having cells locked an
protected
