cell in copied worksheet displays formula and not value

I have a problem I just cannot correct.

I have an excel file that contains a number of work sheets that were
copied form other worksheets in the same file. Some of the dells in
those worksheets display the formula rather than the value.

These cells may have copied as text

select the cell
Format|Cells and select general
Tap F2
Tap enter

Format all to General then select a cell showing the formula.

F2 then ENTER

If you have many of these try Selecting a range and Edit/Replace

Replace all.
