Cell height and length

What is the height and width measured in? pixels, millimeters, etc???

Is there a way to change it to decimal inches?
 
Using w2kpro;
Click on the border between two rows (in the row number area) and you
should see the measurement unit (mine shows "Pixels").
Don't know if it can be changed though, couldn't find anything in Help.
 
Oops, may have been a little hasty, though not wrong!
The unit measurement shows both Pixels AND Points (1pt=1/72").

I don't *think* it can be changed.
