Cell Duplicates

I have a spreadsheet with rows of data on each of our clients in our
database. I do not have access to the actual database. What I am
trying to do is locate duplicate entries in the database either by the
Clients name or by the email address. I do not want to have to go
through each row line by line to locate them. Dose anyone know of a
formula or macro I could use to locate duplicate cell entries.
