Hii all.

I formatted my CDRW .
On the cover its written 700MB
When I wrote to that cdrw I could not write more than 430MB
.....
Please advise

What did you format with?
What did you burn with?

Try a third party application.

Its with INCD (Nero)
Then I clicked properties and saw free space = 430M

That is normal for InCD as it writes information to the disk about itself,
which is hidden.

I use Roxio's disk format feature to create a packet write CD-RW
and it creates 532Mb disks. Just for info.

Correction to my earlier post... I'm using InCD 4.3.14.1 (as higher versions
caused problems) and I get 539mb after formatting.
You might want to go to Nero Support and ask them about it.
