i have a cd i am having problems getting into ive tried all kinds of stuff
but cant seem to get in

I do not know how you can honestly expect anyone to offer any help
whatsoever from what you posted. The title (cdrom+r) makes no sense, as
such a thing does not exist. Then in the body, you give no specifics about
your problem, what you have tried so far, any errors you are getting, what
type of CD it is, what type of drive you are trying to read it in, what
software you have for packet writing, etc.
