cd writing wizard

after loading the new sp2 disk and trying to use the cd
message says cannot complete the cd writing wizard
 
Does uninstalling Service Pack 2 fix the problem? Have you tried
reinstalling your chipset drivers or SP2? Have you tried any other CD
Writing software?
