CD Writer not recognised in Windows Explorer or Media Player

Dear all

I have a reasonably new CD writer/re-writer that does work with Music
Match for both CD Buring of music, mp3 and data disks but windows
products only seem to recoginise this drive as a bog-standard cd-rom and
will not let you write files to the cd-writer.

any ideas?
