I did read all the posts, smart-ass. Nowhere in the thread I read was
there any mention of resolution.

Perhaps that post hadn't caught up to the server I use? Had you
thought about that? Or did you just shoot from the hip?

That's rich you thin skinned pansy! Especially considering you answered the OP's query over 1 day after he posted it, and 4 hours after he fixed it until you replied. I would say you just skipped over the answers, or you need to get past that dialup modem and the North Korean servers!

Emachines has actually answered an email I fired off that seems
somewhat plausible. Usually it's a canned answer that covers a myriad of
problems, none of which you have. Their suggestion is to disconnect the unit
and go in and reset the bios to the defaults. Sounds promising.
I want to thank you people for your time and effort. These NG's
usually are a wealth of infomation especially if the right person peeks at
your post.
Wish me luck cuz if not, I'll be back.

1. I answered the post WHEN I saw it. Let's see, some of us are
responsible and have regular jobs - we can't sit around at home and
answer posts as soon as they show up. I guess you have that luxury
when you are a 12 year old pimply-faced geek.

2. Strange - he posted today stated he is still having problems. How
is the problem "fixed?"

3. I got rid of dialup five years ago. My computer doesn't even have
a modem in it. Nice try, though.

4. I get my USENET feed from a premium server. Care to try again?
