I am still having problems with my CD-Rom not recognizing
any CD's. I have uninstalled and rebooted and I still
have the same problem. I have been advised to "Remove
Hardware" however I am not sure what exactly is meant by
that. Do I have to physically remove it from my tower?
Please help.

Thanks,
Stacie
P.S.
I have Windows XP. The Device status read as follows:
Windows cannot start this hardware device because its
configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete
or damaged. (Code 19)
