1) This group is for the Access database program. Please try a newsgroup for
your version of Windows.
2) Until you get a reply from the folks in the Windows newsgroup you may
want to try this. Boot into Safe Mode and open Device Manager. Remove all
CD-ROM drives that you see there. There may be multiple drives that don't
exist listed there. Reboot and see if the drive is now detected.
