CD ROM Driver

HI, guys
For some reason, windows in not recognizing the CD-RW
(hl-dt-stcd-rw gce-8481b). When I check in the device
manager, and click on the CD-ROM driver, it says; "This
device is not working properly because Windows cannot load
the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)" What can
it be.Thanks!

have you tried deleting the device in device manager then rebooting to
see if it restores it?
