CD-RoM Booting.

Dear all,

I have done the following steps to create a CD-RoM bootable image.

1. I create an slx file with the support for the following

CD-RoM Drive

EWF (RAM Overlay)

2. Now I built the image.

3. Copied the image into a Target hard disk.

4. Placed the hard disk and CD-RoM Drive in the Target System. I
allowed FBA to run.

Now what should i do to create a CD-RoM bootable image.

Are the steps done by me above correct?

Please help me in this regard.

Thanks in advance,
Ranga.

Hi Ranga,

You forgot to create El-torito CD and to put it in CD rom before FBA.
And probably el-torito driver is missing.

Regards,
Slobodan
