cd recovery disk

I bought a refurbished HP windows Xp 743c, and I need a
recovery disk, because I'm getting all kinds of error
messages. I called miscrosoft, gave them the serial # and
all information they needed, and I still didn't get any
response. If any on can help me on this matter, I'd
really appreciate it. Thanks Jeanette

You have to contact HP about. Microsoft can't help.
