I have a Gateway 700s pc with a Lite-On LTR 48246S CD/RW drive. I cannot
burn a cd using the Windows cd recording software. The cd wizard will make
the temporary files but I get an error message that reads "cannot complete
the cd writing wizard". "There was an error in the writing process. The disc
you have attempted to write may no longer be usable". I used new cds and
tried different brands. I have no problems burning cds using Roxio Easy CD
Creator but I prefer using Windows. Thanks
