CD Ram Drives are not active

I tried to install Windows Service Pack 2 and I was not
succesfull. Thinking that my Roxio Easy CD Creator 5
software was the problem I removed the program by
deleting every file that said Roxio. It appears that when
I first installed Roxio it wrote separate files named
Roxio??? for my CD Drivers and now my two CD drivers are
disabled. I was planning to reinstall Roxio but without
my CD Drivers I can not do it. My 3.5" floppy drive still
operates properly. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
 
The correct way to uninstall software is to go to Control Panel > Add or
Remove Programs and uninstall the program. "Deleting every file that said
Roxio" is the wrong thing to do, and leaves large portions of the program on
your computer.

Did you check with Roxio to see whether version 5 is compatible with SP 2?
