cd-r

When i put a blank disc into my cd, i get the message
'drive inaccessible' and i can't save anything, although
it recognises audio discs, why?!!!
 
Are you putting it in a CD-R/RW drive or a CD-Rom drive?

If you are placing a blank CD-R in a CD-Rom drive then that message is
correct! A CD-Rom drive can not write to a CD-R since the drive is Read
Only.
