CD PROBLEMS

I cannot use my CD to look at photos. The error message is LTEFX11n.DLL.

What do I do?
 
Hello,

That DLL is from LeadTools, another program that is installed on your
computer. Windows is trying to use LeadTools to open the pictures on your
CD. I would recommend either fixing the LeadTools problem, or uninstalling
that program.
