cd only reads in safe mode

CD's that I burned with Roxio EAsy Creator won' t read except in safe mode.
Uninstalled Roxio but still can't get files to appear. Computer says disc is
empty, but opens when in safe mode
 
Go to Roxios website and see if there's any updates for your verion of
EasyCd.
