CD not read at Photo Kiosk

I formated my CD R/W with Roxio Easy CD Creator 5 and copied jpeg photos.
When I tried to have it read at the Walgreen's photo kiosk (not a Kodak
Kiosk) the disk was rejected as not having any files on it. I know the
files on on the CD. I was able to get the kiosk to read the same files when
they were on 3 1/2 floppy.
Any suggestions on what may be the problem and how to solve it would be
appreciated.
 
Did you close the CD? Or did you just copy them over like its "another
disk?" If you did the second, you may have used packet-writing software that
wrote ... think it's UDF format. A regular CD ROM isn't going to be able to
read it without the same software.
