After install my screen was pushed to the right side of my monitor. Could
not get the screen to reposition to full screen.
 
Boot into Safe Mode, open Device Manager, delete all references to monitor
and video card drivers, reboot and Windows should re-identify the hardware
and, hopefully, the display will now be positioned correctly.

how far to the right?

What's the current monitor frequency (check properties)?

Have you tried to correct it with the monitor controls?
