CD/DVD copier (on the fly)

Is there any freeware CD/DVD copier that will do the copy on the fly? By
this I mean it's done in one operation with the source disc being read and
the copy being written at the same time.

I'm not looking to duplicate games or DVD movies; just plain data discs
and DVD's recorded by a standalone video recorder that can be copied using
any data copy utility.
