CD Driver not working

Im trying to install a game on my computer, but the cd drive is saying there
is not cd inserted. I have tried various other cds but it isnt recognising
anything. Can anyone please help me?????
 
Open Device Manager, delete/remove ALL CD drives you see, reboot, Windows
should redetect the CD drive and install the drivers.
