cd drive problem

My cd drive doesn't seen to be reading the software cd
package that came with my computer when I brought it.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
 
What are you trying to do with the cd? 'Cause most of the
time, the company ship a "Recovery CD".This CD is a tool
to get your computer back at it's original configuration
at the time you bought it.
