Cd burning software

I can not find software for my cd-r burner that is compadible with windows xp home edition. I have tons of music to burn....help me please
 
if you have a cd burner installed, windows media 9 will
burn em.

I cant get Windows to allow the CD-R drivers to install.
Everytime I re-install, reboot, I get a message that
say's something like, " will not install CD-R drivers as
they may damage Windows" Even Windows own media software
that came with the XP software will install the drivers.
Anyone run into this? Help?

A friend of mine tried NERO Burner and successfully burned audio's.
