cd burner

Hello, I've noticed several times when backing up to a cd or downloading,
that after I click on the balloon "files waiting to be written to
cd"...that the window is blank and I can not find the files that are waiting
to be written.
How do you fix this annoying problem?

Honestly? By installing a third party CD burning application. Your burner or
PC came with one in almost all instances.
