cd burner wont work due to drivers

Hi Melissa;
Go back to the Roxio site and select support for Version
4. There is a section where it will tell you how to
manually uninstall from XP.
The other way is system restore to just before you
installed Version 4.
By the way, once you get it uninstalled, version 5 and 6
work great.
