CD burner with command-line controls (for batch files) ?

I need to add files (not audio) to CD by batch files: does exist a free
burner for this ?

Reading the features, it seems that CDBurnerXP Pro, Burn4Free, CDRDAO
(only for audio) can't.

Burning cd/dvd using command tools: cdrecord (or cdrdao)
There are cdrtools from J. Schilling containing cdrecord, readcd, isodump
etc...
