CD Burn Speed

T

Tim Trimble

Hi,

I was wondering, is there a way that I can burn a CD at a slower speed
thru the XP burning utility? I would like to know, because my burner
often slows down a lot of the other system processes, and the cd itself
is not always burnt quite right (40x instead of 52x is a lot better
about this.)

Open MY COMPUTER, right-click on your CD-R Drive and select:
Properties > Recording Tab > Select a Write Speed (pull-down menu).
